HOW TO WASH & DRY: Just like any other fabric, it’s important to know how to wash and dry Microfiber Fleece items to ensure their longevity. Follow these simple washing instructions for Microfiber Fleece:
Use the gentle, tumble-dry option on the lowest heat setting on the dryer. After one cycle, remove the Microfiber Fleece items right away and fold them.
Do not iron. The heat from an iron can melt the synthetic fibers of microfleece, and you may end up with unsightly burn stains.
MICROFIBER FLEECE MATERIAL (FOR HOODIE & ZIP HOODIE):
- With Microfiber Fleece material, the party is on the inside. This fabric feels so soft against your skin, especially after the first wash
- You'll feel super soft, fluffy, and plush in texture, so they’re cozy and comfortable.
- Microfiber Fleece adds just the right amount of warmth during the cold weather. With Microfiber Fleece, it will keep you warm and cozy all the time.
- Lightweight, so it’s easy to layer and travel with.

We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
You may return the merchandise within 15 days from arrival date. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the returned merchandise must be unused and in its original condition. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please do not send the product back to the address on the shipping label. It must be sent to the warehouse address provided by us. Return shipping charge will be our responsibility.
If the item is not faulty due to an error on our end (wrong item or damaged item), but you still wish to return it, we are willing to support you by refunding you 50% of your total order value once you return the item to us and provide us with the tracking number and shipping label of the return package. Item must be sent to the address provided by us. Return shipping charge will be buyer’s responsibility.
